Ongoing upgrade of the public jogging track along Jumeirah for the RTA — delivering a safer, smoother and more comfortable running surface for the community.
Tanveer Ahmed Road Contracting LLC (TARC) is currently executing jogging track works along Jumeirah for the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA). The works cover surface reconstruction, levelling, drainage improvements, and finishing works to provide a safe and comfortable experience for runners and walkers along one of Dubai’s most popular corridors.
Construction is being carried out in phases with careful pedestrian management, keeping sections of the track accessible to the public wherever possible while maintaining full compliance with RTA quality and HSE requirements.
Condition surveys, phasing plans, and site mobilisation have been completed in coordination with the RTA.
Existing surface removal, levelling, and subgrade preparation are progressing section by section.
New running surface, drainage adjustments, markings, and finishing works follow each prepared section.
Final quality inspections and RTA approvals are scheduled upon completion of all sections.
