Tanveer Ahmed Road Contracting LLC (TARC) successfully completed the maintenance and rehabilitation of the public jogging track at Jumeirah, enhancing safety, functionality, and the overall user experience. The project formed part of Dubai Municipality’s ongoing initiative to maintain high-quality recreational infrastructure for residents and visitors.
The scope included pavement repairs, resurfacing works, line markings, and associated maintenance activities, all carried out with minimal disruption to park users while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
A detailed inspection of the existing jogging track identified areas requiring resurfacing, repair, and maintenance to restore optimal performance.
Damaged pavement sections were repaired, resurfaced, and treated to improve durability, safety, and user comfort.
Line markings, edge detailing, minor drainage adjustments, and finishing works were completed to meet Dubai Municipality specifications.
The jogging track underwent final quality inspections and safety checks before being officially handed over for public use.
