Tanveer Ahmed Road Contracting LLC (TARC) successfully completed landscape and infrastructure works for Group A Al Mizar Parks under Dubai Municipality’s M-2381 project. The development was undertaken to enhance public recreational spaces by creating attractive, functional, and sustainable environments for residents and visitors.
The project combined landscape construction, irrigation infrastructure, hardscape installations, and supporting civil works to deliver public spaces that promote community wellbeing while meeting Dubai Municipality’s quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Comprehensive site surveys, design coordination, and irrigation planning were completed to ensure efficient construction and long-term landscape sustainability.
Grading, excavation, irrigation network preparation, and hardscape foundations were completed before landscape installation commenced.
Soft landscaping, hard landscaping, automated irrigation systems, pathways, and park infrastructure were constructed while maintaining strict quality standards.
The completed landscape, irrigation systems, and public amenities underwent comprehensive quality inspections before successful handover to Dubai Municipality.
