Construction of RTA-compliant entry and exit parking infrastructure at Crown Plaza Hotel — asphalt works, kerbs, markings and signage, currently in progress.
Tanveer Ahmed Road Contracting LLC (TARC) is constructing entry and exit parking infrastructure at Crown Plaza Hotel in accordance with RTA requirements. The works cover asphalt paving, kerbstone installation, pavement markings, signage, and drainage coordination.
Executed within a live hospitality environment, the project is phased to maintain guest access and hotel operations throughout construction while meeting all approval and quality requirements.
RTA coordination, traffic management planning, and site mobilisation have been completed.
Excavation, grading, and road base works are currently underway.
Asphalt paving, kerbs, markings, and signage follow the completed base works.
Final inspections and approvals are scheduled upon completion.
